<p>Floor with embedded heating elements has a finish in which the heating elements are fitted and an insulating layer of 'Styropor' (RTM) (polystyrene foam), glass wool or cork incorporating a plastics laminate film. The laminate is composed, starting from the top ply of a radiation-permeable plastics film, an Al-ply, an anti-corrosion ply, a plastics film ply base, and a plastics film ply support. The latter has projections which, together with the superposed base ply, define numerous air-filled spaces. The projections are pref. 3-12 mm in dia. and 1-8 mm high.</p> |
