DIY planing machine with auxiliary output

A machine has two output shafts driven by one motor. One motor pulley drives a fast output pulley. The other motor pulley drives a slow output pulley, of twice the belt width and mounted concentric with but independent of the fast pulley. - The driven pulley for one shaft is also twice the belt width and can be driven when the belt is running on either the fast or the slow pulley. The driven pulley for the other shaft can be driven from the other side of the slow pulley only.
