<p>Heterocyclylguanidine derivs. of formula (I) and their acid addn. salts are new (I) R2N=CZ-NR1R2. In (I), Z is gp. of formula (IIa)-(IIf). A1 os O or S; n is 0 or 1; R1 is Me or Et R2 is 1-4C alkyl, cyclopentyl, cyclohexyl or PhCH2; or NR1R2 is pyrrolidinyl, piperidinyl, piperazinyl 4-substd. by 1-4C alkyl or by aryl, or morpholinyl or thiamorpholinyl. R3 is 4-10C alkyl; Ph; methylenedioxyphenyl; Ph substd. by 1-3C halogen, 1-4C alkyl or 1-4C alkoxy; or Ph substd. by 1 PhCH2O, OH, NO2, CF3 or MeS; or naphthyl; cyclopentyl; cyclohexyl; exo-2-norbornyl; endo-2-norbornyl; 1-adamantyl; Ph-(1-4C)alkyl; or Ph2-(1-2C) alkyl). (I) are hypoglycaemic agents and some cpds. have anti-secretory and/or cardiovascular activity.</p> |
