PURPOSE:In a suction system for engine equipped with shutter valve system, to assure the engine brake effect by reducing the vibration associated with fully-close of shutter valve during the idling while stopping the air supply during decelleration. CONSTITUTION:Throttle valves 5, 6 are closed to idle opening during idling to turn on the contact SW1b in throttle switch SW1 while since first r.p.m. switch SW2 is also turning on the electromagnetic valves 25, 31 are turned on. Consequently the suction negative pressure from negative pressure inlet 23 bypasses the negative pressure control valve 24 and led through path 27 into combined suction negative pressure path 21 which furthermore led through electromagnetic valve 26 into a chamber 19a in diaphragm device 19. Consequently the diaphragm device 19 fully closes the shutter valve 7 through link mechanism. While said suction negative pressure is led from path 28 into open valve 15 to open it thus to open the air supply path 16 and to supply the air toward supply port 9. |
