PURPOSE:To produce a hard deflected rubber product by giving one vulcanization half-vulcanized materials of varied hardness fitted into each other between molding flasks to complete. CONSTITUTION:Four molding flasks 10, 20 and 40 are maintained at a half-vulcanized state being closed to a stretched rubber. Then, under the similar condition, a soft section of a sealed material is molded by pressure compression with other mold flasks 50, 60 and 70. Then, two mold flasks are removed as half-vulcanized, and the soft section B integral with the mold flask 50 is fitted in place of the mold flask 10 at the lower end of the hard section A. The material is solidified by a complete vulcanization. With such an arrangement, as the hard section A and the soft section can be molded at the same molding condition as that of the simultaneous molding, a tapered piece 4a along at the tapered section 4 of the sealed material 1 is kept soft with the remainder entirely hard in the molding. The hardness of the rubber used is controlled by additing a plasticizing agent following an extender such as raw rubber and talc, a coloring matter such as carbon, an anti-oxidation agent and an anti-aging agent. |
