PURPOSE:To prevent the leak out of the grinding paste by providing a sleeve tip extending concentrically around a nozzle from which a grinding paste is pressed out or sucked in for grinding of the material with the said tip being pressed against the material being ground. CONSTITUTION:A sleeve 2 surrounding a nozzle 1 with its tip extending concentrically from the end of the nozzle 1 is provided, said tip of the sleeve 2 being pressed against the portion of the work material which is ground by the circulating or reciprocating flow of a grinding paste pressed out or sucked in from the nozzle 1 by a pump 6. The pressure and the velocity of the grinding paste by the pump 6 and the relative moving speed between the sleeve-nozzle device and the work material 7 are relatively controlled for uniform grinding of the entire surface of the work material 7. |
