PURPOSE:To increase the effect of system cleaning and to reduce the period of analysis, by supplying cleaning liquid (liquid other than sample) in low and high speed, during one analysis period, in flowing type analysis unit. CONSTITUTION:The valve 115 is opened, and the valve 116 is closed to activate the microbullet pump 110, and the measured sample in the vessel 114 is suctioned with water from the storage tank 112 via the sampling arm 113 and moved to the position B. Next, the valve 115 is closed and 116 is opened, to operate the pump 110, water pump 101 and buffer solution pump 102 at the same time. Smaple, water and buffer solution are fed to the measuring cell 105 via the columns 109, 108 and the current peak value is calculated at the data processing unit 107 and displayed through the detection at the circuit 106. Further, after a givn time elapsed, the polarity of the electrode of the measurement cell 105 is reversed to increase the speed of the water pump 101 and buffer solution pump 102 (high speed supply) and the system is cleaned in a short time. |
