<p>Garment is built up of interchangeable pieces, joined by attachment devices, such as hooks and eyes, buttons, press-studs, sliding clasp fasteners or hooked pile ribbons. The garment may comprise a waistcoat, sleeves and a skirt, and trousers are also provided with detachable tubes to lengthen the legs. The cut, colour and design of the garment may be altered by varying the assembly of the garment, and further, if part of the garment becomes stained or torn, that part may be replaced.</p> |
