<p>PURPOSE:To check generation of vibration during operation of a compressor by adding a balancing mechanism to the stop plate. CONSTITUTION:Inertia force P1 is generated at a swing plate 9 and a piston rod 8 connecting the piston 3 and the swing plate 9, and centrifugal force is generated at a wedge-shaped rotor 7 with P2 on the center of gravity GT for the upper half and P2' on the center of gravity for the lower half GB, that yields an unbalance P3 as the center of gravity GW of the swing plate is displaced from the swing center which lies on the axial line. If a construction to hold the wedge-shaped rotor 7 balanced statically is introduced, we can have, however, such a relation that P2=P2'. The unbalance P3 due to displacement of the center of gravity of the swing plate 9 from the swing center can be thus canceled by the unbalance P3' to be generated by a balancing mechanism 26 attached to the stop plate 24 of the solenoid operated cluch.</p> |
