The disclosure relates to the combination with a screw of a screwdriver containing laterally extending keys on the shank thereof affording a flex coupling between the screw head and the screwdriver with the keys of the driver removably fitting keyways of the cone-shaped head of the screw during use and materially compensating for misalignment as well as eliminating the bouncing of the blade of the driver from the screw slot, thus requiring only minimum pressure to maintain positive coupling.
