PURPOSE:To contact such as anode of cell tightly with cylindrical member by pressurizing the ring from above a cylindrical member having bottom while containing solid power ring, by means of a central member to be inserted into hollow section of ring and a rod provided with an outer body for pressing the upper face of ring. CONSTITUTION:A morter 2 is provided on the circumference of rotary board 1 with same interval then a cylindrical member A (zinc can B) having bottom and containing a solid powder ring C (anode agent) is inserted into them and mounted on a lower rod 10 slidable up and down which constitutes the lower end in the mortar hole. While upper rod 9 comprising a central member 19 to be inserted into the hollow section of solid powder ring C and an outer body 14 for pressing the upper face of ring C is arranged above said cylindrical member A, where the central member 19 is inserted into the hollow section of ring C by the relative motion of upper rod 9 and lower rod 10 and when the tip is reached to the inner bottom of cylindrical member A the outer member 14 is lowered to press the upper end of said ring C to reform said ring C while compressing in the cylindrical member A. Consequently the ring C can be contacted tightly with the cylindrical member A without causing the deformation. |
