The apparatus not only for the spring washer but also the center-bended spring washer is made up by winding a rectangular wire to a circular form and then forming under pressure. This is composed of parts to be sent the rectangular wire of a coiled length by loading at a time to a coiled-shape die and attached to the pilot pin and thus for med in a desired form with the dies on the table which moves horizontally and ups and downs.
