PURPOSE:To form the fine transparent conductive film and to reduce the resistance value of this film, by heating to decompose the tin compound within the atmospere of relative humidity not less than 55% so as to evaporate on the surface of basic body. CONSTITUTION:In case of forming the transparent conductive film on the inner surface of bulb 1 of the rapid start type fluorescent lamp, the bulb 1 is heated to 550- 600 deg.C in the horizontal halved type electric furnace 2; just under this electric furnace 2, a flat saucer type water basin 5 holding water 6 is placed on purpose to keep the relative humidity of atmosphere not less than 55%; and the tin compound 4, (CH3)2SnCl2, is sprayed from the nozzle 3 into the bulb 1. The tin compound 4 hydrolyzes and evaporates on the inner surface of the bulb 1 forming the transparent conductive film of tin oxide. According to this method, the transparent conductive film, possessing the low resistance value, suitable for the rapid start type fluorescent lamp, and excellent in the starting characteristics, is formed. |
