PURPOSE:To seal the gas leaking part without the fear of igniting gas and maintaining the gas in the gas holder as it is. CONSTITUTION:When sealing the gas leaking part 2 of the holder or the crack of the water-sealed gas holder 1, the deposit such as rust, oil, or paint around the gas leaking part 2 must be cleaned off by sand blasting with water. Then, after applying the mold separating agent 5 on the inner surface of the shallow saucer-shaped cap 4 after drying the peripheral part 3, the whole cap 4 in which the mixture 6 of the adhesive and the hardening agent are charged is pressed against the water-sealed holder 1 to cover the gas leaking part 2 and the peripheral part 3 before the mixture 6 is hardened. As the gas leaking part 2 is sealed with the completely hardened mixture after a few minutes, the cap 4 can be removed to complete the operation. |
