PURPOSE:To obtain a toner having chemical and biochemical stability and safety, and stability against environmental conditions and to obtain an image having good color reproducibility, by using a specified binder resin. CONSTITUTION:The binder resin to be used is a polyol resin obtained by reacting a monovalent compound having an active hydrogen with the 2 epoxy groups at both ends of the epoxy resin molecule to open the rings and to combine the epoxy resin molecules with each other, thus permitting the obtained binder resin to be chemically stable and biochemically safe, and excellent in characteristics against environmental conditions. |
