<p>The blind to be fixed in position is esp. of the sun-screening type made up from slats and mounted in front of a building external wall. Screens (6) are mounted in a supporting framework, in the form of a profile frame, esp. comprising tubular units (1a, 1b) with tubular interconnecting elements (2, 3) joining them together. Main tubular units and connecting tubes may be joined by plug connections. The connectors can be monolithic tubular nodal pieces, with a number of sockets for connection with the framework tubes, pref. with connecting bolts (4). This does not detract from the visual appearance of modem glass-and-aluminium or glass-and-steel facades.</p> |
