PURPOSE:To manage the scattered data base for all the systems totally, by placing the directory computer and by the data directory table where all the information registrated to the system is present through the connection of each sub-system. CONSTITUTION:The subsystems C1 101 to C8 108 have respectively the processing unit, file, and terminal unit, and they are connected to the communication line and to the directory computer (DC) 109. To DC, the data directory table (DDT) 201 and it has the file numbers D1 to Dm storing the data related to the data of the system. This information is registrated for the data in the file of the subsystem and it is fed to DC, and the subsystem has the file information program for the correspondence to KDC and this function is made.
