Fall part 7 is provided at the neck part of diaphragm 5, and at the same time flange part 8 is formed in a body at part 7. Furthermore, flat flange part 6 contains circular projected groove 9 formed. Diaphragm 5 thus formed undergoes a high- temperature treatment for the boron diffusion, and then the flat flange part is removed by the press cutter or the like. In such way, no wave-type winding occurs at the outer circumference of the diaphragm, thus omitting the correction work for the winding malformation to enable a direct edge adhesion at the diaphragm outer circumference. As a result, the quality of the diaphragm can be enhanced.
