PURPOSE:To eliminate the wave-type winding by forming the flange by bending the outer circumference of the diaphragm and then cutting the flange after a high- temperature heat treatment for the boron diffusion. CONSTITUTION:The outer circumference of diaphragm 5 composed of the titanium metal or the like is bent to form flat flange part 8 into a body with diaphragm 5. Fall part 7 is provided at the neck part of diaphragm 5, and at the same time flange part 8 is formed in a body at part 7. Furthermore, flat flange part 6 contains circular projected groove 9 formed. Diaphragm 5 thus formed undergoes a high- temperature treatment for the boron diffusion, and then the flat flange part is removed by the press cutter or the like. In such way, no wave-type winding occurs at the outer circumference of the diaphragm, thus omitting the correction work for the winding malformation to enable a direct edge adhesion at the diaphragm outer circumference. As a result, the quality of the diaphragm can be enhanced. |
