PURPOSE:To secure an automatic setting of the optimum parameter by forming a system with addition of the computer, the signal generator and the adder to the plant and the plant control unit and then carrying out the plant diagnosis by the ON-line system under control of the plant. CONSTITUTION:The various conditions including the plant diagnosis start and others are set up previously in computer 1 and with every control loop of plant control unit 2. Test signal 6 is delivered to signal generator 12 from computer 1 according to the test signal already set up, along with parameter setting signal 11 delivered to unit 2 respectively. At generator 12 signal 6 is converted into plant diagnosis operation quantity 7 to be supplied to adder 5 as well as fed back to computer 1. At unit 2 plant state quantity 10 is supplied from plant 3, and plant control quantity 8 is delivered. Then quantity 7 and 8 are piled on each other at adder 5 to form plant operation quantity 9 which is supplied to plant 3. Computer 1 gives decision to the control and response properties of the plant with the input of operation quantity 7 and 9 plus state quantity 10 to secure decision of the optimum parameter. Thus signal 11 can be altered automatically. |
