PURPOSE:To rapidly fix and release loads, by supplying and exhausting air to and from flexible bags by means of a pressure air source, in a device that uses the flexible bags in order to fix the loads of shipping, the insides of goods wagons, etc. CONSTITUTION:Flexible bags (Air bags) 5 provided with supply and exhaust ports 4 are fixed at locations where the loads 7 of the ceiling of a hold 2 in a hull 1 are pushed by means of bands 6 with contractibility, the loads 7 loaded in the hold 2 are arranged so that the loads be located under the air bags 5, and the air bags 5 are expanded by supplying pressure air to the bags, thus pushing fixing the loads 7. In this case, this device is formed in such a manner that an exhaust port 13 of a pressure air source 10 to the air bags 5 is connected to said supply and exhaust ports 4 through a tank 14, a change-over valve 15 and a reducing valve 16 while the supply and exhaust ports 4 can be connected to a suction port 18 of the pressure air source 10 through a change-over valve 17 at a location 15b of the change-over valve 15. |
