PURPOSE:To provide an automatic, labor-saving process for the preparation of uniform eggrolls, comprising heating a mould with a preheating oven, applying oil to the hot mould, pouring raw materials to the mould, baking the raw materials in a tunnel oven, and releasing the baked eggroll from the mould. CONSTITUTION:Egg as raw material is mixed with secondary materials such as silenced fish meat, flour, sugar salt and water, with a high pressure mixer 1, and stored in a tank 2. The mixed raw material is continuously fed to a continuous homogenizer 3, and charged into a hopper 6. A mould 8 made of aluminum is heate to 80-120 deg.C in a preheating oven 20, and oiled with a greaser 21. A definited amount of the homogenized raw material is poured into the hot, oiled mould, transferred into a tunnel oven 11 adjusted at 180-220 deg.C, and baked for about 15 minutes. After baking, the eggroll is released from the mould by a releasing device 14, and if necessary sent to the rolling device 16, etc. The empty mould 8 is returned to the preheating oven 20, and reused. |
