<p>PURPOSE:To improve the heat radiation by inserting resin rods into some of hollow sections of corrugated board body where a plurality of cylindrical resin having hollow section in the height direction are assembled, or arranging a spacer filled with resin between cells. CONSTITUTION:Bent sheet 3 is inserted between sheet 1 and sheet 2 such as 0.5mm depth of polyethylene, polypropylene sheet, then sheet 3 and sheets 1, 2 are jointed to obtain a corrugated board body where a plurality of cylindrical bodies having hollow sections 4 in the height direction are assembled. Then resin rods 7 are inserted into some of said hollow sections or resin is flowed and hardened to form the reinforcing section.Said spacer is arranged between the cells to form a pair cell for electric car, fork-lift, etc.. Consequently the heat radiation of pair cell is improved while the expansion of defomation of cell can be prevented.</p> |
