The device for coupling a coaxial line to a rectangular waveguide comprises a coupling connecting the inner coaxial conductor to the larger wall of the waveguide. The outer coaxial conductor (1) is connected to the waveguide wall (4) while the inner conductor (2) passes through a hole (5) in the wall. The inner conductor (2) is formed integral with a terminating cap (7) having a skirt (9) which contacts the insulation (6) of the cable. The peak of the cap (7) is connected to the larger side wall of the waveguide by a strap (8) extending at right angles to the cap (7) and being secured by screws (17, 23). The cap (7) is spaced a quarter wavelength from the end of the waveguide while the cap (7) projects into the waveguide one third the width of the waveguide.
