<p>PURPOSE:To use decomposed ammonium for denitration and treated ash water for pollution-free filling in land or raw material for cement by subjecting the ash deposited with ammonium salt to ammonium salt decomposition by wet system then drying the same by hot air. CONSTITUTION:When coal burning exhaust gas or the like is denitrated by using ammonia as a reducing agent, the ash deposited with ammonium salt is captured. About 0.25-0.75 weitht of the weight of ash content, preferably 0.5 weight of water C and coal of about 1-1.2 mole equivalent of ammonium salt and sulfuric acid anhydride deposited to ash are added to this ash. These are thoroughly mixed with a mixer 5 to substitute the sulfuric acid components of the ammonium salt or sulfuric acid anhydride to gypsum, after which the mixture is dried by hot air with a drying machine 6. Then, ash content D and ammonia gas may be recovered. The ammonia gas is returned to a denitration unit 2 and the ash content D is discarded or utilized as filling in land and for raw material for cement.</p> |
