<p>PURPOSE:To rotate the rotary plate module by the flow of the liquid produced in an aerating vessel by the air and oxygen blown by an air diffusion means and the raw water introduced into the aerating vessel and return sludge without separately using power. CONSTITUTION:An air diffusion means 2 is disposed at the bottom of an aerating vessel 1 spacially to one side by a spacing L from right under the revolving cross shaft 3a mounted with the rotary plate module 4 of a rotary plate type treating device 3 so that the circulating rotating flow 9 shown by the arrow is produced by this. In addition, a pipe 10 which introduces return sludge at all times to the aerating vessel in order to maintain the activated sludge concentration in the aerating vessel constant is so disposed as to let the effluent water of the sludge collide against the vane plates so that the abovementioned circulating turning flow 8 and the sludge being introduced by the pipe 10 cooperatively rotate the vane wheel 8, eventually rotary plate module 4 in one direction. Here, the introducing pipe 5 for raw water is also so disposed as to introduce the raw water while letting the same collide against the vane plates in the same manner.</p> |
