The craft consists of a float fitted with enclosed integral buoyancy tanks (5). The tanks are arranged longitudinally and transversally. The shape of the craft is curved underneath and flat on the top surface. A steadying cable (3) and handle (4) is fitted to one end. A propulsion fin (2) is mounted vertically under the craft on the centre line. The fin is fixed at one end and able to move from side to side at the other. A second fin may be located on the top side of the craft.
