A pharmaceutical composition which has an anti-inflammatory effect and inhibits the progressive damage to joints in mammals with arthritic disorders is provided. The composition contains as active ingredient specific 2,4,6-tris(alkylamino)-s-triazines of the formula I. The invention also relates to a process for the production of said pharmaceutical composition. In the formula, A<1>, A<2> and A<3> denote a radical <IMAGE> in which n = 0, 1 or 2, R<1> and R<2> each denote hydrogen or methyl. <IMAGE>
