Expansion system for liquefied gas - expands two streams at different pressures obtaining gaseous and liq. fractions

The arrangement is for expanding a fluid forming a gaseous and liquid fraction after expansion. The fractions are obtained at different pressures and expansion is carried out with ejectors. One fraction is obtained at lower pressure and the other fraction under as high as possible pressure. This arrangement is used for expanding liquefied natural gas. The fluid is divided before its expansion into two streams expanded separately to different pressures. A phased separation of the expanded stream is carried out. The fractions obtained under higher pressure are fed to the ejector expanding the gas at higher pressure and recompressed. Fractions of the streams are recompressed to that pressure corresponding to the maximum pressure of the expanded stream.
