PURPOSE:To prevent the crack of mold and to decrease the deformation, by dividing the mold in more than three divisions in circumference direction and joining divided part by cotter and then, equipping ring-shaped attachment having plural bolt moving in shaft center direction of the basic material to be welded. CONSTITUTION:For example, the mold 5 divided in three, is placed at the inner side of the attachment 11 made of steel and the outer circumference of the mold 5 is pressed against the center of roll by the bolt 10 of the attachment 11. Then, the cotter 9 is inserted in the connecting part of the mold and all circumference gap of the mold 5 being the groove dimension and the roll, is made the same and is made prescribed dimension of the mold 5 and the mold 5 is fixed inserting the cotter 9 in the mold connecting part and then, setting is finished. Deformation of the mold 5 by the input heat of welding, is repressed by the attachment 11. |
