<p>A turning stop member is mounted on a support piece attached to the door of a vehicle, together with a closing bolt attached to the vehicle body, working in conjunction with this when the door is closed. The stop is inside a retainer on the support piece. There is one elastic stress member (6) inside the retainer (4), and another (8) attached to the body. With the door closed, the first acts with the closing bolt for elastic absorption of displacement forces between door and body, and the second acts with the outside face of the retainer to check vertical relative movements between them. Relative movements between door and vehicle body are more effectively prevented.</p> |
