<p>PURPOSE:To produce an attractive decorative board by heat and pressure-attaching a thermosetting resin sheet to a recess-faced board through a thermoplastic resin bonding adhesive film. CONSTITUTION:On the attachment surface of a thermosetting resin sheet 3 of a board 2, a core material with a bad recess 2a, a thermosetting resin-made adhesive is painted at the 100-150mu thickness after drying at 40-60 deg.C for 2-4 hours to form a semi-transparent bonding film 3a. Then the thermosetting resin sheet 3 is integrated to the surface of the board 2, heated at 110-120 deg.C press temperature for several minutes and the sheet 3 is attached on the surface of the board 2 to attach with heat and pressure a decorative material 4.</p> |
