The invention relates to a device making it possible to water, by sprinkling, even with a very low liquid pressure, or with a low flow rate. It consists of a curved hose 1, the base of which is housed in a double and sealed bearing 2, which may be fixed vertically into a hose containing the liquid to be dispersed. The liquid stream, emerging from the hose 1, after having undergone two changes in direction A and B in two different planes inside the hose 1, makes the hose rotate in the bearing 2; the orifice 3 must have a different shape depending on the conditions of use and may be converted by the user if the hose 1 is malleable. The device according to the invention is particularly intended for watering agricultural surfaces, and allows sprinkling upwards of approximately 200 grams per square centimetre of pressure. <IMAGE>
