PURPOSE:To prevent dust from being raised by wind, by arranging a windbreak fence covering over a heaped mass such as coal in such a way that the windbreak fence can be moved along the heaped mass thereby cooperating with another windbreak fence installed at its windward side, it would further reduce the velocity of wind. CONSTITUTION:The windbreak fence 2 is provided to surround the heaping site for coal where many rows of coal piles 1 are laid, and rails 5 and coneying equipments are arranged along each side of the piles 1. Each windbreak fence 3 covering over the coal pile 1 can be moved on the rails, and is made of porous material. The windbreak fences 3 are positioned at places away from the windbreak fences 2 where wind velocity would increase so that the wind velocity is reduced thereby the dust particles would be prevented from rising up. |
