PURPOSE:To facilitate the production of the capsule toner which is good in pressure fixability, is superior in chargeability, has impact resistance and is long in life and imparts stability at the storage by covering the core material containing pressure-fixable resins with cyclized rubber shells. CONSTITUTION:Core material containing resins which are liable to inter-wine with the fibers of plain paper under pressure of linear pressure about 20kg/cm, partcularly polyethylene oxide, is covered with cyclized rubber shells to thicknesses 0.5 to 3mum, preferably 0.8 to 2mum. It is equally well even if a suitable amount of charge control agents be added into the cyclized rubber for shells. Also, it necessary, coloring agents may be added to the core material or shells. Further, when magnetic fine particles are contained in the core material, the amgnetic toner for one-component base developer which is good in pressure fixability and is capable of performing electrostatical transfer may be obtained. |
