PURPOSE:To provide low pressure, uniform spray distribution, the burner tip is provided with circumferentially opend chamber for mixing fuel and spray medium and inside of which cone-type spray plate is attached. CONSTITUTION:Burner gun tip consisting of the external cylinder 13-1 and the internal cylinder 13-2 is fixed to the burner tip body 13-3b by use of cap 13-3c. A number of cylindrical mix-jet chambers 21 are out in the end of the tip body 13-3b. Fuel A nozzle and spray medium B nozzle are connected through the route 22 between them and through the routes 24, 25, 26 of the back plate 13-3d. The cone type spray plate 13-3a with V cross section and spray angle theta is screwed in the top of the tib body 13-3b and fixed. The spray plate 13-3a mount portion has a diameter smaller than that of the mix-jet chamber 21 mount portion. |
