PURPOSE:To stabilize a crystal oscillator, using a C-MOS inverter, in a high- frequency band by constituting it using a crystal filter so that the feedback network of the inverter oscillator will have both functions of selecting a frequency and of setting a bias. CONSTITUTION:To C-MOS inverter 42, coil 39, crystal vibrator 40 and trimmer capacitor 41 are connected in parallel, thereby forming a feedback circuit. |
