PURPOSE:To execute a temperature control having no on/off difference, and to prevent overcooling and overheating by controlling a device to be controlled, by an output from a logic circuit. CONSTITUTION:A temperature detected by a temperature detector (c) is differentiated by a differentiator (d), and whether a temperature is rising or falling is detected. Also, its signal is compared by a ''0'' signal by a comparator (e), whether it is positive or negative is decided, and in case that a result of comparison is positive, an output signal M0 is outputted. On/off of a cooler are executed by a logic circuit consisting of an AND circuit which inputs this signal M0 and a signal from the second temperature detector (a), and the signal from the second temperature detector (a) and a signal from the third temperature detector (b), respectively, and an OR circuit which inputs an output from both the circuits. |
