PURPOSE:To enhance surely the operation margin of a TTL with relatively simple constitution without lowering the operation speed by inserting a constant voltage element and drawing out a base stored electric charge through another route. CONSTITUTION:A Schottky barrier diode D1 is connected between the collector of a transistor TRQ1 and the base of a TRQ2, and a leak current generated in the collector Q1 of the TRQ1 is prevented from flowing into the base of the TRQ2 by a forward drop voltage. Therefore, the switching operation margin of the TRQ2 is enhanced, and an output leak current is prevented from flowing to logics QA and QB, and malfunctions of TTLs 10A and 10B are prevented. For the purpose of drawing out the base stored electric charge of the TRQ2 in an output part, a route is provided by a Schottky barrier diode D2. |
