PURPOSE:To secure the even distribution of the load for the operators of attendant board ATT by providing incoming sequence answering memory CQM in correspondence to attendant board control unit AP. CONSTITUTION:When the incoming is given to office trunk TRK from the main line side, trunk controller TP annalyzes the incoming call type information, the tenant information and the like and sends these information to central controller MP. MP decides the distribution the incoming call to ATT via incoming call distribution/identification unit ICD and then transfers the incoming information to CQM which is corresponding to AP within B board module. The AP within each module draws out the call to give incoming to ATT via CQM within the module and based on the incoming sequence. |
