The dishwasher consists of a housing (1) in the bottom of which is housed a washing trough (2) from which the water is removed through a discharge pump (3). A flexible discharge pipe (4) has one end joined to the outlet of the discharge pump (3) and emerges from the housing (1) on a level with the discharge pump (3). The selection of discharge pipe between the pump and the housing is in the form of a loop (5) positioned on a vertical plane. The top of the loop is higher than the water level in the trough (2). A collar (8) fixed on the discharge pipe (4) prevents the diameter of the loop (5) from diminishing. A metal plate (6) joined to the housing (1)) supports the bottom of the loop (5).
