<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the supporting pole from being borne with an excessive load by inserting two rotation rod with fan and wind pressure attenuation wing into supporting pole so as to keep the rotating direction of fan and wind pressure attenuation wing always against wind direction independently each other. CONSTITUTION:Two variable rotation rod 13, 14 is inserted to the supporting pole. A fan-driven generator 17 equipped with fan 19 is fixed through suspention arm to the axis of rotation 13, an adjustable arm 20 is extended toward the symmetrical side of the fan driven generator 17. A supporting pole 22 with a wind pressure attenuation wing 23 at its end is fixed on the other rotation rod 14 in a manner of square crossing. The adjustable arm 20 and the supporting pole 22 are connected through an expansion device 25. Accordingly in case wind force is strong, the fan 19 rotates around the axis 12 so that it may be drifted toward leeward. Therefore, it is possible to protect the supporting pole 11 from being borne with an excessive load, because the rotationary frequency does not increase even in case of strong wind due to the fact that the fan 19 receives the wind only from oblique angle.</p> |
