<p>PURPOSE:To economically recover the useful constituents, by removing Ti, Si, Mn, V, being oxidized in the acid lining furnace for treating the molten metal generated at manufacture of the slag cement depending on the reduction of the slag, and by removing P oxidized in the basic lining furnace. CONSTITUTION:The molten metal, generated at the reduction treatment for the slag when the slag cement is manufactured from the slag, is at first oxidized and refined in the acid lining furnace. At the first refining process, Ti and Si are oxidized and removed. At the second refining process, Mn and V are oxidized and removed. The residual molten metal rich in P is oxidized and refined in the basic lining furnace for removing the oxidized P. Hereby, the steel, being freed from impurities, is economically manufactured. Moreover, Ti, Si, V, P, being removed by respective acid lining furnace and basic lining furnace, are effectively utilized.</p> |
