The mechanical-electrical transducer produces a signal corresp. to a rotation angle and is relatively simple and economical to produce, and requires only a very simple evaluation circuit, if any. It has high angular resolution and is compact. One end of a ferromagnetic wing (13) is clamped in a holder (10), the other end (14) being mounted so as to be able to rotate. The wire is axially located in an excitation coil (16) and a pick-up coil (17) voltage pulses proportional to the wine rotation angle are induced in the pick-up coil when an alternating voltage is applied to the excitation coil.
