PURPOSE:To simplify positioning by a simple and inexpensive constitution by forming the image of a detected subject on a detection position display board which corresponds to a holding board where several photoelectric elements can be attached or detached at several detection positions, and then by arranging the photoelectric elements over a look at detection positions. CONSTITUTION:The image of detected subject 1 is formed via image-forming lens 11 on photoelectric holding board 10 where several photoelectric elements 30 can be attached and detached at several detection positions. Part of light is reflected upward by half mirror 12 provided on the light axis of image-forming lens 11 and further reflected backward by mirror 13 to form its image on detection position display board 20 arranged in parallel to holding board 10. In this way, the conjugate images of detected subject 1 are formed in the same direction on holding board 10 and detection position display board 20. Over a look at the coordinate position of the image on display board 20, photoelectric element 30 is held at the corresponding detection position of holding board 10. |
