PURPOSE:To prevent yellowish discoloration of a coloring paper and improve its coloring image's light-exposure resisting characteristics by adding titanium oxides to a coloring agent layer composed of phenol resin and active silicic acid compound. CONSTITUTION:Preferably, 0.2-3 parts (to 1 part of phenol resin) of titanium oxide is added to a coloring agent layer composed of a colorless color-generating pigment, a phenol resin having coloring properties and an active silicic acid compound (such as, active terra alba, etc.). For instance, an acidic terra alba, etc., is dispersed in a water base medium, to which water solution of phenol resin particles, clays and titanium oxide are added to prepare a mixture. And then, thus prepared mixture is supplied with an adhesive, etc. to be turned into a coating liquid. EFFECT:This coloring paper is best suitable for printing application. |
