PURPOSE:To decrease malfunction of a drive circuit driving an inductive load by cutting off or decreasing a current going to flow through a base of a drive transistor (TR) from a collector of a control TR at the interruption of a drive current. CONSTITUTION:NPN TRs Q1, Q2 are connected in push-pull and an inductive load L1 such as a motor coil or the like is connected to the midpoint and a means (diode D11) interrupting or reducing a current is connected between the base of a power supply side TR Q1 and a collector of a control TR Q3 controlling the base current. Thus, when the midpoint voltage of the TRs Q1, Q2 of push-pull connection is decreased by the action of the load, the base current going to flow through the base of the power supply side TR Q1 is interrupted substantially. Thus, an undesired operation of the power side TR Q1 is reduced and malfunction of a drive circuit is reduced.
