The light fitting has a housing in which are fitted two lamps with their associated reflectors. The housing has an opening on one side to allow the light to emerge. The reflectors are arranged so that the light from the two lamps emerge with different emission angles. The lamps can be alternately activated by a switch (S). The lamps (16,17) use halogen bulbs and have concave reflectors, which may have different curvatures. The bulbs may be located at different positions in front of the reflectors and have different offsets from the optical axis. USE/ADVANTAGE - Allows user to select level and spread of illumination of surface from single light fitting. |
