PURPOSE:To simplify the structure and assembly and confirm the effect of clamps, by connecting a compressed air source to one side of the clamp opening and a pressure sensing switch to the other side. CONSTITUTION:A turntable 1 is held swivel and vertically movable by a rotation shaft 8 in a frame 2. It also has pipe connecting holes 43 formed on both sides of clamps 40a of clamp levers 40 and openings 44 connected with the holes 43, and close or open the clamped portions 42 in case of clamping or unclamping. One of the openings 44 is connected on the rod side of an indexing cylinder 19 through an air pipe and the other is connected to a pressure sensing switch SW1. Clamping air cylinders 47, 48 as a pressure fluid driving medium are fixed to the lower side of the frame 2. This system can confirm the working conditions of the clamps. |
