PURPOSE:To send automatically charge data 10 to a telephone subscriber by voice, by attaining access to a subscriber memory stored with telephone charge data of a telephone office when the telephone subscriber dials the charge access specific number of the telephone office. CONSTITUTION:A charge access specific number dialed by a subscriber is discriminated by dial-number recognition part U7 and then supplied to connection controller U12, the output of which is led to the address data input terminal of subscriber meter M1 stored with telephone charge data of telephone subscribers. Then, the output terminal of this meter M1 is sequentially connected to subscriber- metermemory M2 and audio response unit interface U14 and this memory M2, interface U14 and audio response unit U15 are controlled by controller U12. By the specific number, telephone charge data equivalent to the number is read out from meter M1 to connect on-hook control circuit U18 to controller U12 while audio response is made to the subscriber. |
