PURPOSE:To achieve positive adhesion of narrow and wide materials with a uniform and prominent adhesivity by applying heating gas to the contact portions of the plastic material to be adhered by welding and the plastic substrate and then applying pressure on the plastic material by means of a pressure roller. CONSTITUTION:In adhering by welding a plastic material 9 of, for example, a semi-hard polyvinyl chloride system resin on the surface of a plastic substrate 8 of, for example, a hard polyvinyl cloride system resin, a heating gas is applied at and around the contact portions of the material 9 and the substrate 8 by a gas blower having a linear gas outlet 11. Then a pressure roller 10 the surface of which is preferably of a resilient material is rolled pressingly on the material 9 for adhesion of the material 9 to the substrate 8. |
